摘要:
目的 采用文献计量学方法分析我国胃癌患者癌因性疲乏的现状、研究方向及热点，为今后胃癌癌因性疲乏更深入的探索与实践提供参考依据。方法 计算机检索CBM、VIP、CNKI、WANFANG Data中公开发表的关于胃癌癌因性疲乏的相关文献，运用Note Express 3.2及Microsoft Excel 2007软件对文献的发文量、文献研究类型及主要研究内容、关键词等信息进行分析。结果共纳入文献43篇，2016年~2020年发文量明显增多，共发表38篇（88.37%）；43篇文献发表在40种期刊上，中文核心期刊5篇；共有102个关键词；采用干预措施的研究文献36篇，文献研究类型以实验性研究为主；43篇文献中有33篇被引用，总被引量298次；共有作者141名，其中30篇为合著论文，核心作者共5名；有12篇文献受到基金资助。结论 我国胃癌患者癌因性疲乏的相关研究呈现上升趋势，分布于多地区与多期刊中，患者的生活质量、依从性等是研究的热点，但存在研究力度不够，学术影响力小等问题。未来研究应增加研究方法，多机构联合研究，扩大研究范围，加强研究深度，为临床提供更好科学依据。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the current status, research direction and hot spots of cancer-related fatigue in patients with gastric cancer in China by using bibliometric methods, so as to provide reference for more in-depth exploration and practice of cancer-related fatigue in gastric cancer in the future.Methods Computer searched CBM, VIP, CNKI, WanFang Data published related literature on gastric cancer cancer-related fatigue,use Note Express 3.2 and Microsoft Excel 2007 software to analyze the volume of documents, document research types, main research content, keywords and other information.Results A total of 43 articles were included, and the number of articles published increased significantly from 2016 to 2020, with a total of 38 articles published (88.37%);43 articles published in 40 journals, 5 Chinese core journals; 102 keywords in total;There were 36 research literatures using intervention measures, and the type of literature research was mainly experimental research;33 of the 43 documents had been cited, with a total of 298 citations;There were 141 authors in total, 30 of which were co-authored papers, and a total of 5 core authors;12 articles were funded by the fund.Conclusion The research on cancer-related fatigue of gastric cancer patients in my country is showing an upward trend. They are distributed in multiple regions and multiple journals. The quality of life and compliance of patients are research hotspots, but there are problems such as insufficient research strength and low academic influence.Future research should increase research methods, multi-institution joint research, expand research scope, strengthen research depth, and provide better scientific basis for clinical practice.
