摘要:
随着我国人口老龄化的进一步发展，医养结合服务模式越来越受到社会各界的重视。医疗服务作为医养结合模式的重要组成部分发挥着举足轻重的作用，药师的参与使医养结合模式的构架更加完善。本文主要总结我院药师在医养结合型医院开展的药学服务，以期为医养结合形式下药学服务的发展提供参考。
Abstract:
With the further development of the aging of our country’s population, the service model of combining medical care and elderly care has received more and more attention from all walks of life.Medical services play a pivotal role as an important part of the medical-care integration model.The participation of pharmacists makes the structure of the medical-care integration model more perfect.This article mainly summarizes the pharmaceutical services carried out by our hospital’s pharmacists in integrated medical care hospitals, hoping to provide a reference for the development of pharmaceutical services in the form of integrated medical care.
