摘要:
目的 探讨客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)结合标准化病人(SP)在骨科实习带教中的应用价值。方法 选取2019年7月~2020年7月在温州医科大学附属第三医院参加实习的临床本科生共52名,随机分为实验组(n=28)和对照组(n=24),于骨科实习结束进行实习效果问卷调查主观考核和理论笔试客观考核,比较两组学生主观考核和客观考核结果。结果 在主观考核中,实验组激发学习兴趣、培养自学能力、增强医患沟通能力、增进对理论知识的理解和记忆、提高技能操作能力和对教学方式的综合满意度6个方面评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在客观考核中,实验组与对照组成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 OSCE结合SP的模式对提升医学生骨科实践能力作用较好,学生满意度高。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application value of objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) combined with standardized patients (SP) in orthopedics practice teaching.Methods A total of 52 clinical undergraduates who participated in the internship at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group (n=28) and control group (n=24).At the end of the orthopedics internship, the subjective evaluation of the internship effect questionnaire survey and the objective evaluation of the theoretical written examination were carried out to compare the results of the subjective and objective evaluations of the two groups of students.Results In the subjective assessment, the experimental group stimulated interest in learning, cultivated self-learning ability, enhanced doctor-patient communication skills, improved understanding and memory of theoretical knowledge, improved skill operation ability, and comprehensive satisfaction with teaching methods. The scores were all higher than In the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);In the objective assessment, there was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion The model of OSCE combined with SP has a good effect on improving the practice ability of orthopedics of medical students, and students’ satisfaction is high.
