摘要:
目的 探讨头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗糖尿病合并尿路感染患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法 选取2018年10月~2019年10月我院收治的94例糖尿病合并尿路感染患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各47例。对照组采用左氧氟沙星治疗，观察组采用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗。比较两组临床疗效，尿液细菌培养阳性率及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组临床有效率为95.74%，高于对照组的80.85%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组尿液细菌培养阳性率为10.64%，低于对照组的36.17%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组胃肠道等不良反应发生率为17.02%，低于对照组的36.17%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗糖尿病合并尿路感染临床疗效显著，治疗后尿液细菌培养阳性率降低，不良反应较少，安全性高。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in the treatment of diabetes complicated with urinary tract infection.Methods A total of 94 patients with diabetes and urinary tract infection admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin, and the observation group was treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium.The clinical efficacy, the positive rate of urine bacterial culture and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95.74%, which was higher than 80.85% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);The positive rate of urine bacterial culture in the observation group was 10.64%, which was lower than 36.17% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);The incidence of gastrointestinal and other adverse reactions in the observation group was 17.02%, which was lower than 36.17% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium have a significant clinical effect in the treatment of diabetes complicated with urinary tract infection. After treatment, the positive rate of urine bacterial culture is reduced, the adverse reactions are fewer, and the safety is high.
