摘要:
腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)虽然是微创手术,但术后仍然存在中重度疼痛。随着超声技术的发展,区域神经阻滞因其效果好、创伤小的特点越来越多地应用于LC术后镇痛。目前尚无单一的神经阻滞技术能为LC患者提供完善的术后镇痛,因此临床上仍建议使用多模式镇痛来缓解LC术后疼痛。本文对区域神经阻滞用于LC术后镇痛的国内外研究进行综述,总结各技术的优点及不足,以期为LC术后镇痛策略的制定提供参考。
Abstract:
Although laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) is a minimally invasive operation, there is still moderate to severe pain after the operation.With the development of ultrasound technology, regional nerve block is increasingly used for postoperative analgesia after LC due to its good effect and small trauma.At present, there is no single nerve block technique that can provide complete postoperative analgesia for LC patients. Therefore, it is still recommended to use multimodal analgesia to relieve postoperative pain of LC.This article reviews the domestic and foreign studies of regional nerve block for postoperative analgesia after LC, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of each technique, in order to provide a reference for the formulation of analgesia strategies after LC.
