摘要:
神经外科专科医师规范化培训的网络教学体系仍处于探索阶段。基于此，本文试图围绕网络教学在神经外科专科医师培训中的应用这一课题，着重以南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院神经外科专科医师培训的网络教学方式为案例，探讨网络培训的效果、存在的问题以及影响因素，探索解决办法。从而更加有效地调整相关影响因素，提高网络培训效率，寻找最优化的神经外科专科医师培训的网络教学模式。
Abstract:
The network teaching system for standardized training of neurosurgery specialists is still in the exploratory stage.Based on this, this article attempts to focus on the application of network teaching in the training of neurosurgery specialists.Focusing on the network teaching method of neurosurgery specialist training in the Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital,The Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University Medicine Schoolas a case study, the effect of network training, existing problems and influencing factors are discussed, and solutions are explored.In this way, relevant influencing factors can be adjusted more effectively, the efficiency of network training can be improved, and the network teaching model for the training of neurosurgery specialists can be optimized.
