摘要:
目的 对冠心病领域护理研究文献进行分析,追踪其国际研究热点、合作关系和发展趋势,以期为我国学者提供科研思路与参考依据,促进国内该领域的快速提升和发展。方法 在Web of Science(WOS)知识服务平台中的核心库(WoSCC)中,以“coronary heart disease nursing”作为关键词,检索有关冠心病护理研究的相关文献,采用VOSviewer构建知识图谱,对该领域的文献年度出版数量、国家/地区分布、国际合作、作者发表率、发表期刊、引用情况和关键字进行可视化分析;以CiteSpaceⅣ对该领域关键词进行聚类分析,总结其知识结构和热点。结果 共检索1977篇同行评审论文;发表文献超过5篇的国家有69个,其中发表论文最多是美国;发表文献超过15篇的机构有31个,其中最活跃的机构是哈佛大学和布里格姆女子医院;共33 230位作者进行了冠心病护理学的相关研究,其中Hu,Frank B在该领域贡献的论文最多;《国际护理杂志》是发表冠心病护理研究最多的期刊;该领域近年的研究热点为冠心病患者的心理健康。结论 美国及其相关机构在冠心病护理研究中起主导地位,冠心病患者的心理健康受到研究者的广泛关注。我国相关学者可以根据冠心病护理研究领域的分布特点,开展相关的科研工作。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the nursing research literature in the field of coronary heart disease, track its international research hotspots, cooperative relations and development trends, in order to provide Chinese scholars with scientific research ideas and reference basis, and promote the rapid improvement and development of this field in China.Methods In the core library (WoSCC) of the Web of Science (WOS) knowledge service platform, use "Coronary heart disease nursing" as a keyword to search for relevant literature on coronary heart disease nursing research.Use VOSviewer to construct a knowledge graph to visually analyze the annual number of publications, country/regional distribution, international cooperation, author publication rate, journals, citations and keywords in this field;CiteSpace IV is used to cluster analysis of keywords in this field, and its knowledge structure and hot spots are summarized.Results A total of 1977 peer-reviewed papers were retrieved; 69 countries published more than 5 papers, of which the most published papers were the United States;There were 31 institutions that had published more than 15 articles. The most active institutions were Harvard University and Brigham and Women’s Hospital;A total of 33,230 authors had conducted relevant research on coronary heart disease nursing, among which Hu and Frank B had contributed the most papers in this field;The International Journal of Nursing was the journal that publishes the most research on coronary heart disease nursing; the research focus in this field in recent years was the mental health of patients with coronary heart disease.Conclusion The United States and its related institutions play a leading role in the research of coronary heart disease care, and the mental health of patients with coronary heart disease has received extensive attention from researchers.Relevant scholars in my country can carry out relevant scientific research work according to the distribution characteristics of the field of coronary heart disease nursing research.
