摘要:
目的 全面分析近十年国内产后出血护理的研究现状，以发现我国产后出血护理的研究热点及发展趋势，为今后研究提供参考。方法 以知网、万方及维普网为检索数据源，以“产后出血”和“护理”为关键词，系统跨库检索2011年1月1日-2020年12月12日发表的产后出血护理的相关文献。利用CiteSpace5.7.R2软件对纳入文献进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入文献8424篇，近十年产后出血护理研究发文量总体呈上升趋势；发文期刊分析显示，排名前3位的分别是世界最新医学信息文摘（269篇）、中国医药指南（236篇）和医药前沿（235篇）；关键词分析得出662个节点和1605条连线，产后出血护理领域高频关键词共20个，其中排前3位的分别是产后出血、护理和阴道分娩；近两年该领域的突现词为优质护理、护理满意度及护理效果。结论 产后出血护理的相关研究已引起国内学者的重视，但其文献质量有待提高。可根据近年来突现词研究趋势进行有针对性研究以获得更多突破，提高产后出血患者的生存率及生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To comprehensively analyze the research status of postpartum hemorrhage care in China in the past ten years, to discover the research hotspots and development trends of postpartum hemorrhage care in my country, and to provide references for future research.Methods Using HowNet, Wanfang and Weipu.com as search data sources, with "postpartum hemorrhage" and "nursing" as keywords,systematic cross-database retrieval of relevant literature on postpartum hemorrhage care published from January 1, 2011 to December 12, 2020.Using CiteSpace5.7.R2 software to visually analyze the included literature.Results A total of 8424 articles were included, and the number of articles published in nursing research on postpartum hemorrhage in the past ten years had shown an overall upward trend;Analysis of published journals showed that the top 3 were the world’s latest medical information abstracts (269 articles), Chinese medical guides (236 articles) and medical frontiers (235 articles);Keyword analysis showed that 662 nodes and 1605 connections were obtained, and there were a total of 20 high-frequency keywords in the field of postpartum hemorrhage care, among which the top 3 were postpartum hemorrhage, nursing and vaginal delivery;The emerging words in this field in the past two years were high-quality nursing, nursing satisfaction and nursing effect.Conclusion The research on nursing care of postpartum hemorrhage has attracted the attention of domestic scholars, but the quality of its literature needs to be improved.According to the research trend of emergent words in recent years, targeted research can be carried out to obtain more breakthroughs and improve the survival rate and quality of life of patients with postpartum hemorrhage.
