摘要:
妊娠期糖尿病可发生于妊娠任何时期,且发病率有逐年上升趋势,增加母婴心血管并发症发生风险,威胁母婴安全。目前,关于妊娠期糖尿病发病机制尚未完全明确,普遍认为与多种因素相关。因此,了解妊娠期糖尿病发病机制,对临床诊断和治疗具有重要的意义。本文以下对妊娠期糖尿病遗传基因、炎性因子、脂肪细胞因子及胰岛素抵抗等发病机制研究进展进行综述,以期为临床妊娠期糖尿病的诊治提供一定的参考依据。
Abstract:
Gestational diabetes can occur in any period of pregnancy, and the incidence rate is increasing year by year, which increases the risk of cardiovascular complications in mothers and infants and threatens the safety of mothers and infants.At present, the pathogenesis of gestational diabetes is not yet fully clear, and it is generally believed to be related to a variety of factors.Therefore, understanding the pathogenesis of gestational diabetes is of great significance to clinical diagnosis and treatment.This article summarizes the research progress in the pathogenesis of gestational diabetes, such as genetic genes, inflammatory factors, adipocytokines, and insulin resistance.It is expected to provide a certain reference basis for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical gestational diabetes.
