摘要:
目的 观察自拟益气养阴汤联合硒酵母胶囊对桥本甲状腺炎女性患者自身抗体的影响。方法 选取2019年1月-2020年6月上海市宝山区中西医结合医院就诊的甲状腺功能正常的桥本甲状腺炎女性患者80例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组采用硒酵母胶囊口服治疗，观察组在硒酵母口服治疗基础上予以自拟益气养阴汤治疗，比较两组治疗前后甲状腺自身抗体[甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体（TPOAb）、甲状腺球蛋白抗体（TGAb）]、甲状腺功能[血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）、游离甲状腺素（FT4）、促甲状腺激素（TSH）]及谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、血肌酐（BUN）。结果 两组治疗后TPOAb、TGAb均较治疗前降低，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗前后FT3、FT4、TSH、ALT、BUN比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 自拟益气养阴汤联合硒酵母胶囊治疗甲状腺功能正常的桥本甲状腺炎可有效降低甲状腺自身抗体，两者可协同发挥作用。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of self-made Yiqi Yangyin Decoction combined with selenium yeast capsule on autoantibodies in female patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.Methods From January 2019 to June 2020, a total of 80 female patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with normal thyroid function were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with selenium yeast capsules orally, and the observation group was treated with self-made Yiqi Yangyin decoction on the basis of selenium yeast oral treatment. Comparison of thyroid autoantibodies [thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb), thyroglobulin antibody (TGAb)], thyroid function [serum free triiodothyronine (FT3), free thyroxine (FT4), Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH)] and alanine aminotransferase (ALT), blood creatinine (BUN).Results TPOAb and TGAb in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);There was no significant difference in FT3, FT4, TSH, ALT, BUN before and after treatment between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Self-made Yiqi Yangyin Decoction combined with Selenium yeast capsule can effectively reduce thyroid autoantibodies in normal thyroid function Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, and the two can work synergistically.
