摘要:
新媒体时代，数字技术和网络技术飞速发展，我国期刊出版业正面临着一场前所未有的变革。军队院校科技期刊作为展示我军先进科研成果、交流学术思想、培养国防人才的平台，在改革强军的战略背景下，既要适应军队改革需求，又要在媒体融合时代保持竞争力，面临着一系列的发展难题。本文主要总结新媒体时代军队院校科技期刊的发展现状，以《武警后勤学院学报（医学版）》的整合创新为例，分析其一系列适合自身发展的媒体融合策略，以期为同类期刊提高办刊质量和学术影响力，推动国防和军队现代化建设、培养新型国防人才提供帮助。
Abstract:
In the era of new media, with the rapid development of digital technology and network technology, our country’s periodical publishing industry is facing an unprecedented test of the times. Sci-tech periodicals in military academies, as a platform for displaying our military’s advanced scientific research results, exchanging academic ideas, and cultivating national defense talents, must meet the needs of military reforms and maintain competitiveness in the era of media convergence under the strategic background of reforming and strengthening the military that had a series of development problems. This paper mainly summarizes the development status of sci-tech journals in military academies in the new media era, and takes the integrated innovation of "Journal of Armed Police Logistics College"(Medical Edition) as an example to analyze a series of media integration strategies suitable for their own development, so as to provide help for similar journals to improve the quality and academic influence of journals, promote the modernization of national defense and the army, and cultivate new national defense talents.
