摘要:
放疗环节众多流程复杂,各环节产生大量数据,如何基于现有放疗信息系统高效提取放疗数据,并将其应用于临床和科研是亟需解决的重要问题。为解决科室临床科研对放疗数据的需求、提高放疗信息化水平,本文结合科室需求和现状,基于放疗网络信息系统ARIA和报表系统AURA,使用SQLServer 2014和Report Builder开发17个相应的实用统计报表。重点阐述了开发原理及关键步骤,同时分析了报表统计和人工统计的工作效率,旨在提升科室放疗信息化水平和治疗效率。
Abstract:
There are many complicated processes in the radiotherapy, and each process generates a large amount of data. How to efficiently extract radiotherapy data based on the existing radiotherapy information system and apply it to clinical practice and scientific research is an important problem that needs to be solved urgently. In order to solve the demand of clinical scientific research on radiotherapy data and improve the level of radiotherapy information, this paper combined with the demand and current situation of our department, based on the radiotherapy network information system ARIA and the report system AURA, using SQL Server 2014 and Report Builder to develop 17 corresponding practical statistical reports to introduce the key principles and steps of development, meanwhile to analyze the statistics time of using report and manual method and the statistical accuracy of AURA reports was consistent with manual statistics, in order to improve the informatization level and clinical efficiency of radiotherapy.
