摘要:
食疗、非处方中成药等日常性中医疗法的普及应用对民众的康复保健具有重要意义。通过移动互联平台建立民众自助查询使用或可供非中医专业医护人员指导患者调理的中医疗法智能咨询系统，解决辨证、选择处方等应用问题，可能成为一种有效的推广方法。基于此，本文以2型糖尿病为例，总结了日常性中医疗法智能咨询系统的构建思路，包括辨证应用的重要性，辨证相关因素的获取，辅助辨证决策数学模型的建立，以及临床论证和优化应用的设计等，以期为民众日常的康复保健提供一种新的方式。
Abstract:
The popularization and application of daily Chinese Medicine therapy such as dietary therapy，over-the-counter Chinese patent drugs is of great significance to the rehabilitation and health care of the public. Through the mobile Internet platform, it may become an effective promotion method to establish an intelligent consultation system of traditional Chinese medicine therapy that can be used by the public through self-inquiry or can be used by non-traditional Chinese medicine medical professionals to guide patients to recuperate, so as to solve the application problems such as syndrome differentiation and prescription selection. This paper takes type 2 diabetes as an example to discuss the construction ideas of the system, including the importance of the application of syndrome differentiation, the acquisition of relevant factors of syndrome differentiation, the establishment of the mathematical model of auxiliary decision of syndrome differentiation, as well as the design of clinical demonstration and optimal application, in order to provide a new way for people’ s daily rehabilitation.
