摘要:
目的 探讨缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血清8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHDG)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、视锥蛋白样蛋白1(VILIP-1)的变化及与新生儿神经行为(NBNA)评分的关系。方法 选取2018年1月-2020年1月青海省妇幼保健院确诊的111例HIE患儿设为HIE组,另选取同期分娩的健康新生儿111名作为对照组,比较两组出生后第1、3、7天血清8-OHDG、NSE、VILIP-1水平,并分析血清8-OHDG、NSE、VILIP-1水平与新生儿神经行为(NBNA)评分的关系。结果 HIE组出生后第1、3、7天血清8-OHDG、NSE、VILIP-1水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HIE组出生后第1、3、7天NBNA评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出生后第3天,HIE患儿NBNA评分与8-OHDG、NSE、VILIP-1水平均呈负相关(r=-0.554、-0.705、-0.628,P<0.05)。结论 HIE患儿血清8-OHDG、NSE、VILIP-1的水平较健康新生儿升高,并且与新生儿神经行为发育有关。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the changes of serum 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine (8-OHDG), neuron specific enolase (NSE) and visinin-like protein-1 (VILIP-1) in children with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).Methods A total of 111 neonates with HIE diagnosed in Qinghai Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as HIE group, and 111 healthy neonates delivered in the same period were selected as control group. The serum levels of 8-OHDG, NSE and VILIP-1 on the 1st, 3rd and 7th days after birth in the two groups were compared, and the relationship between serum levels of 8-OHDG, NSE and VILIP-1 and neonatal behavioral neurological assessment (NBNA) score was analyzed.Results The serum levels of 8-OHDG, NSE and VILIP-1 on the 1st, 3rd and 7th days after birth in the HIE group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The NBNA scores of HIE group were lower than those of control group on the 1st, 3rd and 7th days after birth, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). On the 3rd day after birth, NBNA score was negatively correlated with 8-OHDG, NSE and VILIP-1 levels (r=-0.554, -0.705, -0.628, P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum 8-OHDG, NSE and VILIP-1 in neonates with HIE are higher than those in healthy neonates, and its related to neonatal neurobehavioral development.
