摘要:
目的 探讨体外受精(IVF)患者卵泡液(FF)高密度脂蛋白(HDL)颗粒组分与卵裂期胚胎质量的相关性。方法 选择2019年8月-2020年3月在我科接受IVF-ET助孕的不孕妇女作为研究对象,共提取504份卵泡液样本,来自110例助孕患者。根据胚胎质量分为优质胚胎组(n=266)和非优质胚胎组(n=238)。测定卵泡液中载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)和载脂蛋白B(ApoB)水平、HDL亚类水平、活性氧(ROS)和总抗氧化能力(TAC)水平,观察HDL颗粒组分ApoA1、HDL亚类水平与卵裂期胚胎质量的相关性。结果 两组ROS、TAC、ApoA1、ApoB、preβ1-HDL、HDL3c、HDL3b、HDL3a、HDL2a、HDL2b比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);卵泡液中ROS、ApoB、preβ1-HDL、HDL3c、HDL3b水平与胚胎质量呈负相关(P<0.05),ApoA1、HDL3a、HDL2a、HDL2b、TAC水平与胚胎质量呈正相关(P<0.05);多因素Logistic分析结果显示,ApoA1、HDL2b、ApoB为胚胎质量的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 HDL颗粒组分中ApoA1、HDL2b含量水平与IVF胚胎质量具有相关性,对胚胎质量具有一定的预测价值。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the correlation between follicular fluid (FF) high density lipoprotein (HDL) granules composition and embryo quality in vitro fertilization (IVF) patients.Methods A total of 504 follicular fluid samples were collected from 110 infertile women undergoing IVF-ET in our department from August 2019 to March 2020. According to embryo quality, they were divided into high quality embryo group (n=266) and non-high quality embryo group (n=238). The levels of apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1) and apolipoprotein B (ApoB), HDL subclasses, reactive oxygen species (ROS) and total antioxidant capacity (TAC) in follicular fluid were measured. The correlation between the levels of ApoA1, HDL subclasses of HDL granules and the quality of cleavage embryos was observed.Results The differences in ROS, TAC, ApoA1, ApoB, preβ1-HDL, HDL3c, HDL3b, HDL3a, HDL2a and HDL2b between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of ROS, ApoB, preβ1-HDL, HDL3c and HDL3b in follicular fluid were negatively correlated with embryo quality (P<0.05). The levels of ApoA1, HDL3a, HDL2a, HDL2b and TAC were positively correlated with embryo quality (P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic analysis showed that ApoA1, HDL2b and ApoB were the influencing factors of embryo quality (P<0.05).Conclusion The level of ApoA1 and HDL2b in HDL granules are correlated with the quality of IVF embryos, and have certain predictive value for embryo quality.
