摘要:
目的 分析肿瘤患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞比例检测的临床价值。方法 选取我院2018年1月-2020年12月共216例肿瘤患者作为研究组,另选取同期200名正常体检人员作为对照组,比较两组外周血T淋巴细胞亚群以及NK细胞比例及研究组中不同肿瘤类型、年龄、性别患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群以及NK细胞比例。结果 研究组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+以及CD19+水平低于对照组,NK细胞比例水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组CD8+比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同肿瘤类型CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD19+、NK细胞比例水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而不同肿瘤类型CD8+水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。<60岁CD3+、CD4+水平低于≥60岁,NK细胞比例水平高于≥60岁,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而不同年龄段CD8+、CD4+/CD8+以及CD19+水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。男性CD3+、CD4+水平低于女性,NK细胞比例水平高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而不同性别CD8+、CD4+/CD8+以及CD19+水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 肿瘤患者普遍存在免疫抑制状态,不同肿瘤类型、年龄、性别的肿瘤患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞比例存在差异,其可为临床鉴别诊断提供一定的参考。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical value of detecting T lymphocyte subsets and NK cell proportion in peripheral blood of tumor patients.Methods A total of 216 tumor patients in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the study group, and 200 normal physical examination subjects in the same period were selected as the control group. The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and NK cell proportion in the two groups were compared, and the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and NK cell proportion in patients with different tumor types, ages and genders in the study group were compared.Results The levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ and CD19+ in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of NK cell proportion was higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); while there was no significant difference in the level of CD8+ between the two groups (P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, CD19+ and NK cell proportion among different tumor types (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in CD8+ levels between different tumor types (P>0.05).The levels of CD3+ and CD4+ in <60 years old were lower than those in ≥60 years old, and the proportion of NK cell was higher than that in ≥60 years old, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in the levels of CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ and CD19+ between different age groups (P>0.05). The levels of CD3+ and CD4+ in males were lower than those in females, and the proportion of NK cell was higher than that in females, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in the levels of CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ and CD19+ between different genders (P>0.05).Conclusion Tumor patients generally have immunosuppressive status. The proportion of T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in peripheral blood of patients with different tumor types, ages and genders is different, which can provide certain reference for clinical differential diagnosis.
