摘要:
目的 分析胸部CT对心源性肺水肿的诊断价值。方法 选取2019年1月-2020年12月我院收治的80例心源性肺水肿患者作为研究对象,其中慢性心源性肺水肿者40例,急性心源性肺水肿者40例,均行胸部X线片以及胸部CT扫描,比较两种方法对不同疾病类型的心源性肺水肿影像学征象的检出率。结果 胸部CT对慢性心源性肺水肿各影像学征象检出率高于X线片,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胸部CT和X线片对急性心源性肺水肿各影像学征象检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 胸部CT和X线片在心源性肺水肿的诊断与鉴别诊断方面均有着一定的效果,X线片扫描时间较短,而胸部CT对心源性肺水肿的分辨率更高。准确掌握心源性肺水肿的影像学改变,较早对疾病做出诊断,有助于临床提高治疗效果,改善患者预后。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of chest CT in cardiogenic pulmonary edema.Methods A total of 80 patients with cardiogenic pulmonary edema admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects, including 40 cases of chronic cardiogenic pulmonary edema and 40 cases of acute cardiogenic pulmonary edema. All patients underwent chest X-ray and chest CT scan. The detection rate of imaging signs of cardiogenic pulmonary edema in different types of diseases were compared.Results The detection rate of chest CT for various imaging signs of chronic cardiogenic pulmonary edema was higher than that of X-ray, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the detection rate of chest CT and X-ray in acute cardiogenic pulmonary edema (P>0.05).Conclusion Chest CT and X-ray have certain effect in the diagnosis of cardiogenic pulmonary edema, while chest CT has higher resolution in the diagnosis of cardiogenic pulmonary edema. Asccurately grasping the imaging changes of cardiogenic pulmonary edema and making an early diagnosis of the disease are helpful to improve the clinical treatment effect and prognosis of patients.
