摘要:
目的 观察循经远取动法联合肌内效贴治疗面神经炎临床疗效。方法 选取2018年1月-2021年4月我院诊治的52例面神经炎患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各26例。对照组给予循经远取动法治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予肌内效贴治疗，比较两组临床治疗疗效、疼痛评分、面神经功能评分、面部残疾指数、面神经功能分级情况及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为88.46%，高于对照组的76.92%（P＜0.05）；观察组疼痛评分低于对照组，面神经功能评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组面部残疾指数高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组面神经功能分级Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级占比高于对照组，Ⅳ级、Ⅴ级占比低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 循经远取动法联合肌内效贴治疗面神经炎效果确切，可提高治疗效果，降低疼痛评分，提高面神经功能评分和面部残疾指数，改善面神经功能分级，且不会增加不良反应发生几率。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at distal points plus exercise combined with intramuscular patch in the treatment of facial neuritis.Methods A total of 52 patients with facial neuritis who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, 26 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture at distal points plus exercise, and the observation group was treated with intramuscular patch on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, pain score, facial nerve function score, facial disability index, facial nerve function classification and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.46%, which was higher than 76.92% of the control group (P<0.05). The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the facial nerve function score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The facial disability index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The proportions of grade Ⅰ, grade Ⅱand grade Ⅲ of facial nerve function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the proportions of grade Ⅳ and grade Ⅴ were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of facial neuritis by the method of acupuncture at distal points plus exercise combined with intramuscular patch is effective, which can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the pain score, improve the facial nerve function score and facial disability index, improve the facial nerve function classification, and do not increase the probability of adverse reactions.
