摘要:
目的 分析合并感染的2型糖尿病患者营养状况与炎症因子的关系。方法 选取2020年1月-12月我院收治的370例合并感染的2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,依据营养风险指数(GNRI)结果分为A组(GNRI<82)214例、B组(82≤GNRI<92)111例、C组(GNRI≥92)45例,比较三组营养指标[理想体质量百分(IBW%)、体质量指数(BMI)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、预后营养指数(PNI)]及炎症因子[降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞(WBC)水平、C反应蛋白(CRP)],并分析2型糖尿病感染发生与营养状况的关系。结果 A组IBW%、BMI、ALB、PNI均高于B组、C组,PCT、WBC、CRP低于B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,2型糖尿病患者感染发生与IBW%、BMI、ALB、PNI均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者营养状况与感染程度紧密相关,需加强营养指标评估并予以相应措施干预,以降低感染风险。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the relationship between nutritional status and inflammatory factors in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with infection.Methods A total of 370 patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with infection admitted to our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to geriatric nutritional risk index (GNRI), patients were divided into group A (214 cases, GNRI<82), group B (111 cases, 82≤GNRI<92) and group C (45 cases, GNRI≥92). The nutritional indexes [ideal body weight percentage (IBW%), body mass index (BMI), serum albumin (ALB), prognostic nutrition index (PNI)] and inflammatory factors [procalcitonin (PCT), white blood cell (WBC) and C-reactive protein (CRP)] in the three groups were compared, and the relationship between the occurrence of type 2 diabetes infection and nutritional status was analyzed.Results The IBW%, BMI, ALB and PNI of group A were higher than those of group B and group C, while PCT, WBC and CRP were lower than those of group B and group C, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the incidence of infection in patients with type 2 diabetes was negatively correlated with IBW%, BMI, ALB and PNI (P<0.05).Conclusion The nutritional indexes are closely correlated with patient’s infection conditions. Therefore, the monitoring of nutritional indexes and the interventions measures are of great importance to reduce the infection risks of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.
