摘要:
目的 探讨脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者应用早期康复治疗的实施效果及对功能独立性量表(FIM评分)的影响。方法 选择2020年3月-2021年2月天津同安医院肢体康复科收治的68例脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者,根据随机数字表法分为早期组和常规组,各34例。比较两组FIM评分、康复指标(治疗时间、骨折愈合时间、功能恢复时间)、红细胞比容(HCT)、全血粘度高切(WBV)、红细胞电泳时间(S)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)及治疗效果。结果 治疗6个月后,早期组治疗时间、骨折愈合时间、功能恢复时间均短于常规组(P<0.05);两组FIM评分、HCT、WBV、S、FIB均高于治疗前,且早期组高于常规组(P<0.05);早期组治疗总有效率为94.12%,高于常规组的70.59%(P<0.05)。结论 脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者应用早期康复治疗,效果确切,可提高FIM评分,改善脊柱血流变,促进脊柱功能恢复及骨折愈合。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation treatment on patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury and its influence on functional independence scale (FIM score).Methods A total of 68 patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury admitted to the Department of Limb Rehabilitation of Tianjin Tong ’an Hospital from March 2020 to February 2021 were selected and divided into early group and conventional group according to the random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The FIM score, rehabilitation indexes (treatment time, fracture healing time, functional recovery time), hematocrit (HCT), whole blood viscosity (WBV) high shear, erythrocyte electrophoresis time (S), fibrinogen (FIB) and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of treatment, the treatment time, fracture healing time and functional recovery time of the early group were shorter than those of the conventional group(P<0.05). The FIM score, HCT, WBV, S and FIB of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the early group was higher than the conventional group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the early group was 94.12%, which was higher than 70.59% of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation is effective in the treatment of patients with spinal fractures and spinal cord injury, which can improve the FIM score, improve spinal blood flow, and promote the recovery of spinal function and fracture healing.
