摘要:
目的 观察坤泰胶囊治疗围绝经期综合征女性的临床疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法 选取2020年7月-2021年7月我院诊治的78例围绝经期综合征女性患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各39例。对照组采用戊酸雌二醇片治疗，观察组采用坤泰胶囊治疗，比较两组临床疗效、子宫内膜厚度、性激素水平[促卵泡激素（FSH）、促黄体生成素（LH）、雌二醇（E2）]、临床症状评分、生活质量评分及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.87%，高于对照组的82.05%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组子宫内膜厚度小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组FSH、LH低于对照组，E2高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组临床症状评分低于对照组，生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为7.69%，低于对照组的17.94%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 坤泰胶囊治疗围绝经期综合征女性的临床疗效理想，可缩小子宫内膜厚度，改善性激素水平及临床症状，提高生活质量水平，且不良反应发生率少。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Kuntai capsule in the treatment of perimenopausal women and its impact on quality of life.Methods A total of 78 perimenopausal syndrome women treated in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets, and the observation group was treated with Kuntai capsule. The clinical efficacy, endometrial thickness, sex hormone levels [follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2)], clinical symptom score, quality of life score, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%, which was higher than 82.05% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The endometrial thickness of the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of FSH and LH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of E2 was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.69%, which was lower than 17.94% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Kuntai capsule in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome women is ideal, which can reduce endometrial thickness, improve sex hormone levels and clinical symptoms, improve quality of life, and have less incidence of adverse reactions.
