摘要:
目的 了解沙龙模式进行急救知识培训的效果,为高校开展急救知识培训提供高效的思路和方法。方法 采取方便抽样的方法,于2020年10月-12月选取200名西安交通大学非医学类大一本科生为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组100名。实验组使用沙龙模式进行急救知识培训,对照组使用传统模式进行急救知识培训,通过问卷和考核比较两组学生的培训效果。结果 培训后两组脚扭伤、创伤出血、中暑、烫伤、心肺复苏认知正确率高于培训前,且实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组脚扭伤、创伤出血、中暑、烫伤、心肺复苏技能考核评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 沙龙模式培训能够更好地激发学生的好奇心和对新知识的学习欲望,调动学习积极性,并能促进参与者思考、讨论并纠错,相比较常规的培训模式具有更好的培训效果。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of salon-mode training on first aid knowledge,and to provide efficient ideas and methods for colleges on first aid knowledge training.Methods Totally 200 non-medical first-year undergraduates of Xi’an Jiaotong University were recruited as the research subjects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 100 people in each group. The experimental group used salon mode to conduct first-aid knowledge training, while the control group used the traditional method to conduct first-aid knowledge training. The training effect of the two groups of students was compared through questionnaires and assessments.Results After training, the cognitive accuracy of foot sprain, traumatic hemorrhage, heat stroke, scald and cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the two groups was higher than that before training, and the experimental group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of foot sprain, traumatic hemorrhage, heatstroke, scald and cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Salon model training can better stimulate students’ curiosity and desire for new knowledge, mobilize learning enthusiasm, and promote participants to think, discuss and correct errors. Compared with the conventional training mode, it has better training effect.
