摘要:
胸部损伤中较为常见的损伤是肋骨骨折,其中连枷胸约占10%。骨皮质无明显移位的肋骨骨折经保守治疗即可获得良好预后。连枷胸作为严重的肋骨骨折常合并剧烈疼痛、肺挫伤、血胸、气胸甚至心脏大血管损伤,影响患者呼吸循环,若治疗不及时,严重者甚至危及患者生命。本文针对连枷胸合并呼吸衰竭的病理生理、手术适应证、手术时机、手术方式进行综述。
Abstract:
Rib fractures are the most common injuries in thoracic injuries, and flail chest accounts for about 10%. The rib fracture without obvious cortical displacement can achieve good prognosis after conservative treatment. As a serious rib fracture, flail chest is often associated with severe pain, lung contusion, hemothorax, pneumothorax and even cardiac vascular injury, which affects the respiratory cycle of patients. If the treatment is not timely and serious, it may even endanger the life of patients. This paper reviews the pathophysiology, surgical indications, surgical timing and surgical methods of flail chest combined with respiratory failure.
