摘要:
哮喘是由多种细胞和细胞组分参与的气道慢性炎症性疾患,多项研究证实肠道菌群在调节免疫功能以及哮喘发生、发展中发挥了确切的作用。“卫生假说”作为第一个提出微生物和过敏之间存在联系的假说,认为某些病原微生物的感染可影响人体免疫的成熟,且处于生命早期的儿童接受适当的外界环境刺激,有助于调节T淋巴细胞的发育和分化,并拮抗变应原诱导的免疫反应,而肠道菌群失调可能是导致哮喘的关键。本文就肺-肠轴与哮喘的关联性、肠道菌群及其代谢产物失调导致哮喘发生的机制、益生菌对哮喘的预防和治疗作用进行综述。
Abstract:
Asthma is a chronic airway inflammatory disease involving multiple cells and cell components. A number of studies have confirmed that intestinal flora plays an exact role in regulating immune function and the occurrence and development of asthma. ’Health Hypothesis’ is the first hypothesis that there is a link between microorganisms and allergy. It is believed that the infection of certain pathogenic microorganisms can affect the maturation of human immunity, and children in early life receive appropriate external environment stimulation, which helps to regulate the development and differentiation of T lymphocytes and antagonize allergen-induced immune response. Intestinal flora imbalance may be the key to asthma. This article reviews the relationship between lung-gut axis and asthma, the mechanism of asthma caused by imbalance of intestinal flora and its metabolites, and the preventive and therapeutic effects of probiotics on asthma.
