摘要:
目的 观察吸入用激素联合噻托溴铵治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年5月-2021年5月在我院诊治的72例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组采用布地奈德吸入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合噻托溴铵治疗,比较两组临床治疗总有效率、肺功能[最大肺活量(FVCmax)、1秒钟用力呼气量(FEV1)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)]、血气指标[血氧分压(PaO2)、血氧饱和度(SaO2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)]以及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为88.89%高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组FVCmax、FEV1、PEF均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组PaO2、SaO2均高于治疗前, PaCO2低于治疗前,且观察组PaO2、SaO2高于对照组,PaCO2低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察者并发症发生率为8.33%,低于对照组的16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 吸入用激素联合噻托溴铵治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病效果理想,可提高治疗效果,改善患者血气指标,促进其肺功能恢复,并发症少,安全性良好。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of inhaled hormone combined with tiotropium bromide in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 72 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with budesonide inhalation, and the observation group was treated with tiotropium bromide on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate of clinical treatment, pulmonary function [maximum vital capacity (FVCmax), forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1), peak expiratory flow (PEF)], blood gas indexes [blood oxygen partial pressure (PaO2), blood oxygen saturation (SaO2), carbon dioxide partial pressure (PaCO2)] and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.89%, which was higher than 77.78% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). FVCmax, FEV1 and PEF in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). PaO2 and SaO2 in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, PaCO2 was lower than that before treatment, and PaO2 and SaO2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, PaCO2 was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.33%, which was lower than 16.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of inhaled hormone combined with tiotropium bromide in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is ideal, which can improve the therapeutic effect, improve the blood gas index of patients, promote the recovery of lung function, with fewer complications and good safety.
