摘要:
目的 了解2010-2019年重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)治疗脑卒中相关研究的研究现状、研究热点及研究前沿。方法 检索Web of Science数据库中2010-2019年关于rTMS治疗脑卒中的相关文献,使用CiteSpace软件对文献数量、时间、类型、国家、期刊、作者及关键词进行分析。结果 共检索到rTMS治疗脑卒中相关文献1690篇,年度发文量呈稳步增长趋势;共有7种文献类型,期刊论文是最常用的文献类型,其次是综述和会议摘要;发文量前5的国家分别是美国、德国、加拿大、意大利和英国;发文量前5的期刊分别是STROKE、BRAIN、CLIN NEUROPHYSIOL、NEUROLOGY和EXP BRAIN RES;发文量前5的作者分别是MASAHIRO ABO、SUNG HO JANG、WATARU KAKUDA、LARA A BOYD和ALVARO PASCUALLEONE;前沿热点包括荟萃分析、吞咽困难、无创脑刺激、上肢、脑梗死等。结论 rTMS治疗脑卒中的研究正经历快速发展的阶段,近10年形成了以国家和机构为单位的研究群体,传统欧美科研强国在此领域的研究处于世界领先水平,但我国的科研影响力也在快速成长;卒中后吞咽困难的管理、rTMS干预对卒中后功能障碍的影响、rTMS治疗脑卒中的相关机制和相关的循证医学证据是目前研究的热点,也是未来的潜在研究方向。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the research status, research hotspots and research frontier of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) in the treatment of stroke from 2010 to 2019.Methods The relevant literatures about rTMS in the treatment of stroke from 2010 to 2019 in Web of Science database were retrieved. The number, time, type, country, journal, author and keywords of the literatures were analyzed by CiteSpace software.Results A total of 1690 articles related to rTMS treatment of stroke were retrieved, and the annual publication showed a steady growth trend. There were seven types of literature, journal articles were the most common type of literature, followed by reviews and conference abstracts; the top five countries were the United States, Germany, Canada, Italy and the United Kingdom; the top five journals in the number of publications are STROKE, BRAIN, CLIN NEUROPHYSIOL, NEUROLOGY and EXP BRAIN RES; the top five authors were MASAHIRO ABO, SUNG HO JANG, WATARU KAKUDA, LARA A BOYD and ALVARO PASCUALLEONE; frontier hotspots were included meta-analysis, dysphagia, non-invasive brain stimulation, upper limb, cerebral infarction, etc.Conclusion The study of rTMS treatment of stroke is undergoing a rapid development stage. In the past 10 years, a research group based on countries and institutions has formed. Traditional European and American research powers are leading the world in this field, but China’s research influence is also growing rapidly. The management of dysphagia after stroke, the impact of rTMS intervention on post-stroke dysfunction, the related mechanisms of rTMS therapy for stroke and the related evidence-based medical evidence are the current research hotspots and the potential future research directions.
