摘要:
目的 探究阿莫西林联合强的松对非哺乳期乳腺炎患者免疫调节及炎性因子水平的影响。方法 选取2020年5月-2021年5月我院收治的86例非哺乳期乳腺炎患者,依照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组给予阿莫西林治疗,观察组给予阿莫西林联合强的松治疗,比较两组临床疗效、免疫指标(CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)、炎性因子水平[白介素-6(IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)]、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果 观察组治疗有效率为86.05%,高于对照组的72.09%(P<0.05);观察组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+高于对照组,CD8+低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组IL-6、CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访3个月,观察组复发率为2.33%,低于对照组的13.95%(P<0.05)。结论 阿莫西林联合强的松治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎疗效确切,可改善患者免疫功能,下调炎性表达,降低复发概率,且不增加药物不良反应。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of amoxicillin combined with prednisone on immune regulation and inflammatory factor levels in patients with non-lactating mastitis.Methods A total of 86 non-lactating mastitis patients who were admitted from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with amoxicillin, and the observation group was treated with amoxicillin combined with prednisone. The clinical efficacy, immune indicators (CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+), inflammatory factor levels [interleukin-6 (IL-6) and C-reactive protein (CRP)], adverse reactions and recurrence rates.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 86.05%, which was higher than 72.09% of the control group (P<0.05). CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and CD8+ was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of IL-6 and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05). After 3 months of follow-up, the recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.33%, which was lower than 13.95% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Amoxicillin combined with prednisone is effective in the treatment of non-lactating mastitis, which can improve the immune function of patients, reduce the inflammatory expression, reduce the recurrence probability, and do not increase the adverse drug reactions.
