摘要:
随着人口老龄化进程的加剧,老年人健康问题变得日益突出,其中有关衰弱对老年人的影响已经成为近年来国内外学者研究的热门话题。研究表明,衰弱可增加老年人跌倒、住院、死亡等不良事件的风险,严重影响老年人的生活质量和公共卫生事业的发展。本文对衰弱的概念及其干预方法作一综述,以期为我国衰弱综合管理策略提供理论参考。
Abstract:
With the intensification of population aging, the health problems of the elderly have become increasingly prominent, and the impact of frailty on the elderly has become a hot topic for scholars at home and abroad in recent years. Studies have shown that frailty can increase the risk of adverse events such as falls, hospitalization and death of the elderly, and seriously affect the quality of life of the elderly and the development of public health. This article reviews the concept of frailty and its intervention methods, in order to provide a theoretical reference for the comprehensive management strategy of frailty in China.
