摘要:
心力衰竭是临床一种常见的多发病,是各种心血管疾病终末阶段的临床综合征,具有发病率高、预后差的特点。目前,心力衰竭发病机制尚未完全明确,临床治疗方法多样。本文对心力衰竭的发病机制及诊疗方面的研究进行综述,以期为提高临床心力衰竭诊断和治疗水平提供一定参考依据。
Abstract:
Heart failure is a common and frequently-occurring clinical syndrome in the terminal stage of various cardiovascular diseases, with high incidence and poor prognosis. At present, the pathogenesis of heart failure has not been completely clarified, and there are various clinical treatment methods. This paper reviews the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of heart failure in order to provide some reference for improving the clinical diagnosis and treatment of heart failure.
