摘要:
慢性阻塞性肺疾病简称慢阻肺,是以持续气流受限为特征的慢性炎症疾病,患病率及死亡率较高,是一项重大的公共卫生问题。慢阻肺的急性加重是慢阻肺患者住院和死亡的最常见原因,因此早期评估、提前干预对于改善慢阻肺患者预后至关重要。近年来,外周血中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比(NLR)和血小板细胞计数/淋巴细胞计数比(PLR)在慢阻肺方面的作用被广泛研究,认为NLR和PLR在慢阻肺的治疗、病情严重程度及预后方面均具有潜在应用价值。本文主要就NLR、PLR与慢阻肺病情进展、预后相关的研究进行综述,以期为临床治疗提供参考。
Abstract:
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a chronic inflammatory disease characterized by continuous airflow limitation, with high morbidity and mortality, which is a major public health problem. Acute exacerbation of COPD is the most common cause of hospitalization and death of COPD patients. Therefore, early assessment and early intervention are essential to improve the prognosis of COPD patients. In recent years, the role of peripheral blood neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and platelet to lyrnphocyte ratio (PLR) in COPD has been widely studied. It is considered that NLR and PLR have potential application value in the treatment, severity and prognosis of COPD. This article reviews the research on NLR, PLR and COPD progression and prognosis, in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
