摘要:
目的 探索国内视网膜脱离护理的研究进展和热点，为视网膜脱离患者的护理提供理论依据。方法 计算机检索2010-2020年中国知网、万方医学数据库、维普数据库以及中国生物医学文献数据库收录的以“视网膜脱离护理”为主题的相关论文，通过Endnote去除重复论文，采用书目共现分析系统Bicomb 2.0提取高频词，形成共词矩阵；采用SPSS 22.0统计软件进行聚类分析。结果 共检出418篇文献，共得到原始主题词375个，将出现频次＞12的主题词作为本次研究的高频关键词，共计20个视网膜脱离护理相关研究文献热点主题可聚类为4个方面：视网膜脱离的手术治疗及围手术期护理、复杂性视网膜脱离舒适护理及并发症干预、综合性护理的应用、患者的健康教育与延续性护理。结论 国内视网膜脱离护理研究处于不断发展中，护理人员可依据以上热点及难点，探讨更具个体化、科学性、实用性的视网膜脱离患者护理模式。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the research progress and hotspots of retinal detachment nursing in China, and to provide theoretical basis for the nursing of patients with retinal detachment.Methods Relevant papers on the theme of "Retina Detachment Care" included in CNKI, Wanfang Medical Database, VIP Database and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database from 2010 to 2020 were searched. The duplicate papers were removed by Endnote, and the co-occurrence analysis system Bicomb 2.0 was used to extract the high frequency words and form the co-word matrix. SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for cluster analysis.Results A total of 418 articles were detected, and 375 original keywords were obtained. The keywords with frequency >12 were used as the high frequency keywords of this study, there were 20 hot topics of retinal detachment nursing related research literature could be clustered into four aspects: surgical treatment and perioperative nursing of retinal detachment, comfortable nursing and complication intervention of complex retinal detachment, application of comprehensive nursing, health education and continuous nursing of patients.Conclusion Nursing research on retinal detachment in China is developing continuously. Nursing staff can explore a more individualized, scientific and practical nursing mode for patients with retinal detachment based on the above hotspots and difficulties.
