摘要:
目的 了解国内外压力性损伤知识的研究现状以及文献特征，为临床管理者提供参考依据。方法 应用文献计量学回顾中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据库、PubMed数据库建库至2021年8月收录的有关压力性损伤知识的文献，对文献的发表年份、发表期刊、被引次数、地区分布、基金资助、护士人群等情况进行分析。结果 最终纳入文献131篇，其中CNKI 64篇、PubMed 37篇、万方30篇。2009年之前全球发表护士对压力性损伤知识掌握情况的相关文献比较少，而在2010年之后发表文献数逐渐呈增长趋势，于2020年文献发表数量最多。国外文献85篇，分别来自29个国家，以美国、伊朗、比利时发文量相对较多；国内文献46篇，来自24个省份，以上海、北京、湖南发文量相对较多。来自81种期刊，取文献发表篇数≥2篇作为阈值，共获得21种期刊，其中国内发表≥2篇的有8种期刊，其中《全科护理》《护理管理杂志》发表篇数最多；国外文献发表≥2篇的有13种期刊，影响因子1.741~3.390，其中以Ostomy Wound Management、Journal of Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing发表篇数最多。国内的46篇文献中有12篇文献获得了基金资助，占比为26.09%。针对全科临床护士、ICU护士、社区护士的研究发表文献较多，分别是72篇、12篇和11篇。结论 护理人员对压力性损伤知识掌握情况逐渐成为研究的热点，虽然文献数量增长速度比较快，但基金支持度较低，文献被引次数较少，文献调查的群体有待增加。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the research status and literature characteristics of pressure injury knowledge at home and abroad, and to provide reference for clinical managers.Methods Bibliometrics was used to review the literature on knowledge of pressure injury collected from CNKI, Wanfang database and PubMed database until August 2021. The publication year, publication journals, citation frequency, regional distribution, fund support and nurse population were analyzed.Results Finally, 131 articles were included, including 64 in CNKI, 37 in PubMed and 30 in Wanfang. Before2009, there were few literature published about nurses’ knowledge of pressure injury, but after 2010, the number of literature published gradually increased, the number of literature published was the largest in 2020. There were 85 foreign literature from 29 countries, with the relatively large number of published papers in the United States, Iran and Belgium; domestic literature 46, from 24 provinces, Shanghai,Beijing, Hunan published relatively more. From 81 kinds of journals, 21 kinds of journals were obtained by taking the number of articles published ≥2 as the threshold. Among them, 8 kinds of journals published ≥2 articles in China, of which Chinese General Practice Nursing and Journal of Nursing Administration had the most published articles; there were 13 journals with ≥2 articles published in foreign literature, and the influencing factors ranged from 1.741 to 3.390. Among them, Ostomy Wound Management, Journal of Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing published the most. Of the 46 domestic articles, 12 articles were sopported by the fund, accounting for 26.09%. There were many studies on general clinical nurses, ICU nurses and community nurses, with 72 articles, 12 articles and 11 articles, respectively.Conclusion Nurses’ knowledge of pressure injury has gradually become a hot research topic. Although the number of literatures has increased rapidly, the fund support is low, and the number of citations is less. The group of literature survey needs to be increased.
