摘要:
目的 分析高原人群维生素D水平的影响因素。方法 于2020年1月-12月采用随机分层整群抽样方式抽取青海省高原地区的297例高原居民,检测其25-羟基维生素D[25-(OH)VD]水平,比较不同海拔高度人群的维生素D分布情况,分析维生素D水平的影响因素。结果 不同海拔高度人群的维生素D分布情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中>3600 m海拔人员的维生素D充足率最低,缺乏率最高;单因素分析显示,不同海拔、职业、BMI、日照时间、DXA-骨量的人群血清25-(OH)VD水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,海拔、BMI和日照时间是影响高原人群血清25-(OH)VD水平的主要因素。结论 不同海拔高度人群的维生素D水平存在差异,海拔、BMI和日照时间是影响高原人群维生素D水平的主要因素。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of vitamin D level in plateau population.Methods A total of 297 plateau residents in Qinghai Province were selected by random stratified cluster sampling from January to December 2020, and their 25-hydroxy vitamin D [25-(OH)VD] levels were detected. The distribution of vitamin D in different altitude groups was compared, and the influencing factors of vitamin D level were analyzed.Results There were statistically significant differences in the distribution of vitamin D among people at different altitudes (P<0.05). The vitamin D sufficiency rate was the lowest and the deficiency rate was the highest among people at altitudes >3600 m. Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in serum 25-(OH)VD levels among different altitudes, occupations, BMI, sunshine duration and DXA- bone mass (P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that altitude, BMI and sunshine duration were the main factors affecting serum 25-(OH)VD level in highland population.Conclusion There are differences in vitamin D level among people at different altitudes. Altitude, BMI and sunshine duration are the main factors affecting vitamin D level in plateau population.
