摘要:
目的 系统评价穴位贴敷对腹腔镜术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法 计算机检索CNKI、万方、维普、CBM、PubMed和Cochrane Library搜集有关穴位贴敷及中药贴敷对腹腔镜术后胃肠功能恢复的文献，检索时限为建库至2021年5月5日，由两位研究人员独立进行文献检索、筛选和质量评价，结果进行交叉核对，使用RevMan5.4和Stata14软件进行数据分析。结果 共纳入13篇文献，1162例患者，干预组603例，对照组559例；Meta分析显示：干预组术后肠鸣音恢复正常时间早于对照组（MD=-6.61，95%CI：-7.77~-5.46，P＜0.001），干预组肛门首次排气时间早于对照组（MD=-8.76，95%CI：-19.45~-4.06，P＜0.001），干预组术后首次排便时间早于对照组（MD=-10.65，95%CI：-14.40~-6.81，P＜0.001），干预组术后首次进流质或半流质饮食时间早于对照组（MD=-10.73，95%CI：-12.27~-9.18，P＜0.001），干预组腹胀发生率少于对照组（OR=0.18，95%CI：0.12~0.28，P＜0.001）。结论 与常规护理措施相比，运用穴位贴敷能促进腹腔镜术后患者的胃肠功能恢复，值得临床应用。但受纳入文献质量的限制，需要高质量的研究进一步验证。
Abstract:
Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of acupoint application on gastrointestinal function recovery after laparoscopic surgery.Methods CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, CBM, PubMed and Cochrane Library were searched to collect the literature on gastrointestinal function recovery after laparoscopic surgery by acupoint application and traditional Chinese medicine application. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to May 5, 2021. Two researchers independently carried out literature retrieval, screening and quality evaluation. The results were cross-checked, and RevMan5.4 and Stata14 software were used for data analysis.Results A total of 13 articles were included, including 1162 patients, 603 cases in the intervention group and 559 cases in the control group. Meta-analysis showed that the recovery time of bowel sounds in the intervention group was earlier than that in the control group (MD=-6.61, 95%CI:-7.77--5.46, P<0.001), the first anal exhaust time in the intervention group was earlier than that in the control group (MD=-8.76, 95%CI:-19.45--4.06, P<0.001), and the first defecation time in the intervention group was earlier than that in the control group (MD=-10.65, 95%CI:-14.40--6.81, P<0.001); the first fluid or semi-fluid diet time in the intervention group was earlier than that in the control group (MD=-10.73, 95%CI:-12.27--9.18, P<0.001); the incidence of abdominal distension in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group (OR=0.18, 95%CI:0.12-0.28, P<0.001).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing measures, acupoint application can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after laparoscopic surgery, which is worthy of clinical application. However, due to the limitation of the quality of included literature, high-quality research is needed for further verification.
