摘要:
目的 观察中药汤剂对早期低位肛周脓肿患者临床症状以及炎症反应的改善作用。方法 选取2020年5月-2021年6月我院诊治的78例早期低位肛周脓肿患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各39例。对照组给予常规西药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予中药汤剂治疗，比较两组临床疗效、临床症状评分、创面愈合时间、创面深度和长度、炎症因子水平[超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、白细胞（WBC）、降钙素原（PCT）]。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.87%，高于对照组的82.05%（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后肛门疼痛、分泌物、肿块大小评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组创面愈合时间短于对照组，创面深度和长度均小于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后hs-CRP、WBC、PCT水平均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 中药汤剂治疗早期低位肛周脓肿的效果确切，可改善患者临床症状，抑制炎症反应，缩短创面愈合时间，提高创面愈合质量。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the improvement of TCM decoction on clinical symptoms and inflammatory response in patients with early low perianal abscess.Methods A total of 78 patients with early low perianal abscess treated in our hospital from May 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptom score, wound healing time, wound depth and length, and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups [high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), white blood cell (WBC), and procalcitonin (PCT)].Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%, which was higher than 82.05% of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of anal pain, secretion and tumor size in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the depth and length of the wound were less than those of the control group (P<0.05). The levels of hs-CRP, WBC and PCT in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of early low perianal abscess is exact, which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, inhibit inflammatory reactions, shorten wound healing time and improve the quality of wound healing.
