摘要:
急性心肌梗死是临床常见疾病,是由于冠状动脉官腔发生狭窄或者闭塞而造成的急性、心肌缺血缺氧、心肌细胞死亡,具有发病急、紧张快、预后差、病死率高的特点,严重威胁患者的生命健康。因此,及时有效的诊断至关重要。心脏超声可清晰显示血流速度、方向、性质以及患者的心脏内部结构、功能状态,从而实现对大血管结构与变化情况的观察,以进一步为判断病情、治疗提供一定的参考依据。目前,关于心脏超声评价方式主要包括二维超声心动图、M型超声心动图、应变率显像技术等,不同超声技术对心脏功能指标的显示存在差异。本文以下从心脏右心房压、肺动脉压、肺血管阻力、左心室舒张功能方面综述心脏超声评价对急性心肌梗死心脏功能指标的研究进展。
Abstract:
Acute myocardial infarction is a common clinical disease, which is caused by coronary artery stenosis or occlusion, acute myocardial ischemia and hypoxia, myocardial cell death. It has the characteristics of acute onset, rapid tension, poor prognosis and high mortality, which seriously threatens the life and health of patients. Therefore, timely and effective diagnosis is crucial. Echocardiogram can clearly display the blood flow velocity, direction and nature, as well as the internal structure and functional state of the patient’s heart, so as to realize the observation of the structure and changes of the large blood vessels, and further provide certain reference for judging the condition and treatment. At present, the evaluation methods of echocardiography mainly include two-dimensional echocardiography, M-mode echocardiography and strain rate imaging technology. There are differences in the display of cardiac function indexes among different echocardiography techniques. This article reviews the research progress of echocardiogram evaluation on cardiac function indexes of acute myocardial infarction from the aspects of right atrial pressure, pulmonary artery pressure, pulmonary vascular resistance and left ventricular diastolic function.
