摘要:
目的 通过文献计量学方法分析骨质疏松症的中医理论研究情况。方法 计算机检索中国知识资源总库、万方数据学术论文总库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库中有关骨质疏松症的中医理论研究文献,检索时间为建库至2020年12月31日,记录文献的基本信息、文献内容,包括题目、发表年份、发表杂志、基金项目支持情况、研究对象、研究内容等。结果 共纳入71篇文献,最早文献发表于1998年,1998-2020年骨质疏松中医理论研究领域平均每年发文3篇,其中以骨质疏松为研究对象的文献最多,占56.34%(40篇),其次为绝经后骨质疏松,占23.94%(17篇);71篇文献中,国家级基金项目18项,省级基金项目8项,市级基金项目1项;71篇文献从7种中医学说理论进行研究,分别为标本理论、藏象学说、阴阳学说、气血理论、络病学说、血瘀理论、八卦理论,其中脏腑学说的文献最多,占70.42%(50篇),其次为络病学说,占12.68%(9篇);藏象学说50篇文献中,从肾论治最多,占比92.00%。结论 藏象学说是中医研究骨质疏松症的主要方向,其次是络病学说、肾虚、血瘀等。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the theoretical research of osteoporosis in traditional Chinese medicine by bibliometrics.Methods A computer-based retrieval of TCM theoretical research literature on osteoporosis in China Knowledge Resource Database, Wanfang Data Academic Paper Database, and VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Full-text Database was conducted. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to December 31, 2020. The basic information and literature content of the literature were recorded, including title, year of publication, published journal, fund project support, research object, research content, etc.Results The earliest literatures included in the literature search were published in 1998. From 1998 to 2020, a total of 71 literatures on traditional Chinese medicine theoretical research on osteoporosis were retrieved, with an average of 3 papers per year. Most of the included literatures took osteoporosis as the research object, accounting for 56.34% (40 articles), followed by postmenopausal osteoporosis, accounting for 23.94% (17 articles). Among the 71 papers, there were 18 national fund projects, 8 provincial fund projects, and 1 municipal fund project. The 71 literatures were studied from 7 theories of traditional Chinese medicine, namely the theory of specimens, the theory of Zang-fu, the theory of Yin and Yang, the theory of Qi and blood, the theory of collateral diseases, the theory of blood stasis, and the theory of gossip. Among them, the Zang-fu theory had the most literature, accounting for 70.42% (50 articles), followed by the collateral disease theory, accounting for 12.68% (9 articles). Among the 50 articles on Tibetan image theory, the treatment from kidney was the most, accounting for 92.00%.Conclusion The theory of Zang-fu is the main direction of the study of osteoporosis, followed by collateral disease, kidney deficiency and blood stasis account for a high proportion.
