摘要:
目的 观察氢氧化钙糊剂联合根管治疗术治疗牙髓炎的效果。方法 选取2020年3月-2021年3月我院诊治的70例牙髓炎患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各35例。对照组采用氧化锌碘仿糊剂联合根管治疗，观察组采用氢氧化钙糊剂联合根管治疗，比较两组临床、牙周指数指标[出血指数（BI）、临床附着水平（CAL）、探诊深度（PD）、菌斑指数（PLI）]、根管疼痛度、血清炎症因子水平[白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）、C反应蛋白（CRP）]。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%，高于对照组的82.62%（P＜0.05）；观察组BI、CAL、PD、PLI小于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组疼痛度0级、Ⅰ级发生率高于对照组，Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组IL-6、IL-8、CRP水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 氢氧化钙糊剂联合根管治疗术治疗牙髓炎的效果确切，可减轻疼痛程度，降低炎症因子水平，改善牙周指数，是一种有效、可行的治疗方法。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of calcium hydroxide paste combined with root canal therapy in the treatment of pulpitis.Methods A total of 70 patients with pulpitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with zinc oxide iodoform paste combined with root canal therapy, and the observation group was treated with calcium hydroxide paste combined with root canal therapy. The clinical and periodontal index indicators [bleeding index (BI), clinical attachment level (CAL), probing depth (PD), plaque index (PLI)], root canal pain, serum inflammatory factor levels [interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8), C-reactive protein (CRP)] were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.29%, which was higher than 82.62% in the control group P<0.05). BI, CAL, PD and PLI in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of pain grade 0 and grade Ⅰ in the observation group were higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ were lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of IL-6, IL-8 and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Calcium hydroxide paste combined with root canal therapy is effective in the treatment of pulpitis, which can reduce the degree of pain, reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve the periodontal index. It is an effective and feasible treatment method.
