摘要:
股骨粗隆间骨折是临床常见的骨折类型，患者临床表现为骨折部位肿胀、疼痛、关节运动障碍，影响行走能力。随着临床对股骨粗隆间骨折认识的不断加深，其治疗方法也日趋成熟，并且在治疗效果方面取得了显著的进步。但如何选择一种科学合理的治疗方案增强治疗效果，改善预后，是当前临床关注的重点。为此，本文主要对股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗进展进行综述，以期为股骨粗隆间骨折治疗方案的选择提供理论参考。
Abstract:
Intertrochanteric fracture of femur is a common type of fracture in clinic. The clinical manifestations of patients are swelling, pain, joint movement disorder and walking ability. With the deepening of clinical understanding of intertrochanteric fractures, the treatment methods are becoming more and more mature, and significant progress has been made in the treatment effect. But how to choose a scientific and reasonable treatment to enhance the therapeutic effect and improve the prognosis is the focus of current clinical attention. Therefore, this article mainly reviews the progress in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures, in order to provide a theoretical reference for the selection of treatment options for intertrochanteric fractures.
