摘要:
目的 探讨加速康复外科（ERAS）护理干预对慢性鼻窦炎（CRS）鼻内镜手术患者的应用效果。方法 选取2020年8月-2021年8月收治的CRS患者100例，全部患者行内窥镜鼻窦手术（ESS），随机分为CRS1组和CRS2组，每组50例。CRS1组给予常规护理干预，CRS2组给予ERAS护理干预。比较两组术后不同阶段疼痛程度评分、住院时间、并发症发生情况、术前及术后鼻阻力值、嗅觉功能评分。结果 CRS2组术后不同阶段VAS评分低于CRS1组，住院时间短于CRS1组，并发症发生率低于CRS1组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组术后鼻阻力值、嗅觉功能评分低于术前，且CRS2组低于CRS1组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 CRS患者行ESS治疗，临床给予ERAS护理干预有利于促进术后鼻功能早期恢复，减轻术后疼痛，也有利于减少术后并发症影响，护理干预价值显著。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) nursing intervention on patients with chronic sinusitis (CRS) undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods From August 2020 to August 2021,100 patients with CRS were selected. All patients underwent endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) and were randomly divided into CRS1 group and CRS2 group, with 50 cases in each group. CRS1 group was given routine nursing intervention, and CRS2 group was given ERAS nursing intervention. The pain score, hospitalization time, complications, nasal resistance value and olfactory function score before and after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores at different stages after operation in the CRS2 group were lower than those in the CRS1 group, the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the CRS1 group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the CRS1 group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The postoperative nasal resistance value and olfactory function score of the two groups were lower than those before operation, and the CRS2 group was lower than the CRS1 group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For CRS patients undergoing ESS treatment, clinical ERAS nursing intervention is beneficial to promote early recovery of postoperative nasal function, reduce postoperative pain, and reduce postoperative complications. The value of nursing intervention is significant.
