摘要:
目的 分析2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)与空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂检测的关系。方法 选择本院2020年9月-2021年9月收治的T2DM患者48例设作研究组,另同期健康状况正常者48例设作对照组,测定两组HbA1c、FBG、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平。比较两组一般资料,Logistic回归分析T2DM发病的相关影响因素,Pearson法分析研究组HbA1c与FBG、TG、TC、LDL、HDL的相关性。结果 研究组HbA1c、FBG、TG、TC、LDL水平较对照组高,HDL较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HbA1c、FBG、TG、TC、LDL水平过高是T2DM发病的独立危险因素(OR=1.042、2.280、1.844、1.868、2.054,P<0.05);研究组HbA1c与FBG、TG、TC、LDL成正相关(r=0.238、0.128、0.252、0.527,P<0.05),与HDL成负相关(r=-0.174,P<0.05)。结论 T2DM患者HbA1c与FBG、血脂水平密切相关,有助于T2DM的诊断。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the relationship between glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and fasting blood glucose (FBG) and blood lipid in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods A total of 48 patients with T2DM admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study group, and 48 patients with normal health status were selected as the control group. The levels of HbA1c, FBG, triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL) and high density lipoprotein (HDL) were measured in the two groups. The general data of the two groups were compared. Logistic regression was used to analyze the related factors of T2DM. Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between HbA1c and FBG, TG, TC, LDL, HDL in the study group.Results The levels of HbA1c, FBG, TG, TC and LDL in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and HDL was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). High levels of HbA1c, FBG, TG, TC and LDL were independent risk factors for T2DM (OR=1.042, 2.280, 1.844, 1.868, 2.054, P<0.05). HbA1c in the study group was positively correlated with FBG, TG, TC and LDL (r=0.238,0.128,0.252,0.527, P<0.05), and negatively correlated with HDL (r=-0.174, P<0.05).Conclusion HbA1c is closely related to FBG and blood lipid levels in patients with T2DM, which is helpful for the diagnosis of T2DM.
