摘要:
目的 观察氟保护漆与氟化泡沫在正畸治疗中的防龋效果和对釉质抗酸性的影响。方法 选取2019年1月-2021年1月我院行正畸治疗的60例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察A组、观察B组,各20例。对照组每6个月使用1次氟化泡沫,观察A组每6个月使用1次氟保护漆,观察B组每3个月使用1次氟化泡沫,比较三组脱矿率、牙釉质脱矿指数、菌斑指数(PLI)、出血指数(BI)、显微硬度、激光龋齿探测值以及随访6个月患龋率。结果 观察A组、观察B组脱矿率均低于对照组(P<0.05),但观察A组和观察B组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,观察A组、观察B组牙釉质脱矿指数均低于对照组(P<0.05),但观察A组和观察B组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后,观察A组、观察B组牙釉质脱矿指数均低于对照组,且观察A组低于观察B组(P<0.05);观察A组、观察B组PLI、BI均低于对照组,且观察A组低于观察B组(P<0.05);观察A组、观察B组显微硬度均大于对照组,激光龋齿探测值均小于对照组,且观察A组显微硬度大于观察B组,激光龋齿探测值小于观察B组(P<0.05);随访6个月,观察A组、观察B组患龋率低于对照组,且观察A组低于观察B组(P<0.05)。结论 氟保护漆与氟化泡沫在正畸治疗中均具有良好防龋效果,但相对而言氟保护漆效果更佳,可提高釉质抗酸性,增强显微硬度,改善牙周健康指标,降低患龋率、脱矿率以及牙釉质脱矿指数,减小激光龋齿探测值。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the anti-caries effect of fluoride protective paint and fluoride foam in orthodontic treatment and its effect on enamel acid resistance.Methods From January 2019 to January 2021,60 patients who underwent orthodontic treatment in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group, observation group A and observation group B by random number table method, 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with fluoride foam once every 6 months, the observation group A was treated with fluoride protective paint once every 6 months, and the observation group B was treated with fluoride foam once every 3 months. The demineralization rate, enamel demineralization index, plaque index (PLI), bleeding index (BI), microhardness, laser caries detection value and caries rate at 6 months of follow-up were compared among the three groups.Results The demineralization rate of observation group A and observation group B was lower than that of control group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between observation group A and observation group B (P>0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the enamel demineralization indexes of observation group A and observation group B were lower than those of control group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between observation group A and observation group B (P>0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the enamel demineralization index of the observation group A and the observation group B was lower than that of the control group, and the observation group A was lower than the observation group B (P<0.05). The PLI and BI of the observation group A and the observation group B were lower than those of the control group, and the observation group A was lower than the observation group B (P<0.05). The microhardness of observation group A and observation group B was higher than that of control group, and the laser caries detection value was lower than that of control group, while the microhardness of observation group A was higher than that of observation group B, and the laser caries detection value was lower than that of observation group B (P<0.05). After 6 months of follow-up, the caries rate in observation group A and observation group B was lower than that in control group, and that in observation group A was lower than that in observation group B (P<0.05).Conclusion Both fluor protector and fluoridated foam have good anti-caries effect in orthodontic treatment, but the effect of fluor protector is better, which can improve the acid resistance of enamel, enhance microhardness, improve periodontal health index, reduce caries rate, demineralization rate and enamel demineralization index, and reduce laser caries detection value.
