目的 分析灸温在灸法中的应用和疗效研究现状,为临床实践与研究提供借鉴。方法 以灸温、灸等为主题词在PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)和万方数字化期刊全文数据库(WanFang Data)中检索相关文献,利用Microsoft Excel建立数据表,提取相关信息,结合软件进行统计分析。结果 共纳入文献21篇,年发文量呈上升趋势,均来自于临床、高校及研究所,其中核心期刊和SCI收录文献较多;近几年该领域研究者日益增多,但地域分布不均;共有16篇文献受基金项目支持,关键词分析以“艾灸”“温度”为主,灸温干预疾病以膝骨关节炎和原发性高脂血症较多,以电灸法干预为主,温度设置以43 ℃~45 ℃多见,且疗效较为显著。结论 调控灸温的灸法在临床干预疾病的疗效更为显著,值得临床实践借鉴与研究关注。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the application and curative effect of moxibustion temperature in moxibustion, and to provide reference for clinical practice and research.Methods Literatures were searched in PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Chinese Biological Medical Database(CBM), Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), VIP and WanFang Data with moxibustion temperature and moxibustion etc. as keywords. Microsoft Excel was used to establish data tables, extract relevant information, and combine software for statistical analysis.Results A total of 21 articles were included. The annual number of articles published in the literature was on the rise, all from clinical, universities and research institutes. Among them, there were many articles included in core journals and SCI, researchers in this field were increasing in recent years,but the geographical distribution was uneven. A total of 16 articles were supported by fund projects. The keyword analysis was mainly ‘moxibustion’ and‘temperature’. Moxibustion temperature intervention disease knee osteoarthritis and primary hyperlipidemia were more, mainly electrical moxibustion intervention. The temperature setting was 43 ℃-45 ℃, and the curative effect was more significant.Conclusion The temperature-controlled moxibustion is more effective in clinical intervention of diseases, which is worthy of reference in clinical practice and research attention.
