摘要:
目的 挖掘干燥综合征（SS）合并肾损害的中西医临床治疗思路与中医用药规律。方法 以“干燥综合征”“肾损害”“肾病”“中西医”等为检索词在CNKI、WF与VIP中文数据库中进行检索，时间范围为各数据库建库至2021年12月31日。通过整合相关临床文献报道，探索该病病因病机、治则治法及中医用药规律，为SS合并肾损害临床治疗提供证据参考。结果 SS合并肾损害中西医联合疗法以“激素+中药”或“激素+免疫抑制剂+中药”为主，常用黄芪、生地黄、玄参、白芍、山茱萸、丹参、当归等中药，尤其突出山茱萸-山药、白术-麦冬、山药-熟地黄、丹参-当归、白芍-当归等药对使用。结论 SS合并肾损害治疗以滋阴补肾为总原则，养血活血为必要手段，内含六味地黄汤思路；同时针对肾损害的发展，不只一味补益，还需重视清热、化湿、祛瘀、解毒等祛邪手法的应用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical treatment ideas and medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine for Sj?觟gren syndrome (SS) with renal damage.Methods Searching in CNKI, WF and VIP Chinese databases from the starting date to December 31,2021 by the terms of "Sjogren’s syndrome" "kidney damage" "kidney disease" and "Traditional Chinese and Western medicine". By integrating the relevant clinical literature reports of database, we explored the etiology, treatment method of the disease, so as to provide clinical evidence reference for SS combined with renal damage.Results "Hormone+Chinese traditional medicine" OR "hormone+immunosuppressant+Chinese traditional medicine" were the main treatment methods of SS combined renal damage, commonly used Huangqi, Shengdihuang, Xuanshen, Baishao, Shanzhuyu, Danshen, Danggui and other traditional Chinese medicines, especially prominent Shanzhuyu-Shanyao, Baizhu-Maidong, Shanyao-Shudihuang, Danshen-Danggui, Baishao-Danggui and other drug pairs.Conclusion The treatment of SS combined with renal damage takes nourishing kidney yin as the general principle, nourishing blood and activating blood as the necessary means, and contains the idea of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction. At the same time, in view of the development of renal damage, we should not only blindly supplement, but also pay attention to the application of clearing away heat, removing dampness, removing blood stasis, detoxification and other methods of eliminating evil.
