摘要:
目的 对口腔黏膜下纤维性变(OSF)研究热点进行可视化分析,了解其目前研究进展及发展趋势,为深入探究OSF的发病机制及寻求可靠的治疗方法提供参考。方法 使用CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件,以Web of Science核心数据库为文献来源,对2002-2021年发表的OSF相关文献进行可视化分析。结果 共检索研究文献896篇,2002-2020年发文量逐年增加,但2020-2021年发文量稍下降。发文量前4位的国家分别是中国(317篇)、印度(315篇)、美国(82篇)、英国(80篇)。被引率最高的期刊为J ORAL PATHOL MED,发文量最高的作者是CHENGCHIA YU,发文量最多的机构是Cent South Univ;该领域目前的研究重点为槟榔所致OSF的发病机制及OSF恶性转化机制。结论 OSF的国际关注度逐渐提高,槟榔所致OSF的发生机制及OSF恶性转化机制的揭示为OSF的临床治疗和预防其癌变提供了依据。
Abstract:
Objective To visually analyze the research hotspots of oral submucous fibrosis (OSF), understand its current research progress and development trend, and provide reference for further exploring the pathogenesis of OSF and seeking reliable treatment methods.Methods Using CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software and Web of Science core database as the literature source, this paper makes a visual analysis of OSF related literature published from 2002 to 2021.Results A total of 896 research literatures were retrieved. The number of publications increased year by year from 2002 to 2020, but the number of publications decreased slightly from 2020 to 2021. The top four countries and regions were China (371 articles), India (315 articles), the United States (82 articles) and the United Kingdom (80 articles). The journal with the highest citation rate was J ORAL PATHOL MED, the author with the highest number of publications was CHENGCHIA YU, and the institution with the highest number of publications was Cent South Univ. The current research in this field focuses on the pathogenesis of OSF caused by areca nut and the malignant transformation mechanism of OSF.Conclusion The international attention of OSF is gradually increasing. The mechanism of OSF caused by areca nut and the mechanism of malignant transformation of OSF provide a basis for the clinical treatment and prevention of OSF.
