摘要:
目的 观察双心护理联合放松训练对老年冠心病介入治疗患者心理应激影响。方法 选取2020年3月-2021年3月在我院诊治的300例老年冠心病介入治疗患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各150例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予双心护理联合放松训练，比较两组患者心理应激指标（焦虑、抑郁评分）、睡眠质量、不良事件发生率、并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果 护理后，两组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于护理前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理后，两组睡眠质量评分均低于护理前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组介入治疗不良事件发生率为12.67%，低于对照组的23.33%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为2.67%，低于对照组的13.33%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度为98.67%，高于对照组的82.67%.差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 老年冠心病介入治疗患者实施双心护理联合放松训练可减少心理应激反应，降低抑郁、焦虑评分，预防介入治疗不良事件，降低并发症发生率，提高护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of double heart nursing combined with relaxation training on psychological stress in elderly patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional therapy.Methods A total of 300 elderly patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional therapy in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 150 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given double heart nursing combined with relaxation training on the basis of the control group. The psychological stress indexes (anxiety and depression scores), sleep quality, incidence of adverse events, incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing, the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the sleep quality scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 12.67%, which was lower than 23.33% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.67%, which was lower than 13.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.67%, which was higher than 82.67% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Double heart nursing combined with relaxation training for elderly patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional therapy can reduce psychological stress response, reduce depression and anxiety scores, prevent adverse events of interventional therapy, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction.
