摘要:
目的 观察冠心病患者脂联素(APN)、氧化型低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)和总胆红素(TBIL)水平,并分析其临床意义。方法 选取2017年2月-2018年2月在我院接受治疗的60例冠心病患者设为冠心病组,另选取同期在我院接受体检的60例健康成年人作为对照组,比较两组患者血脂指标[血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]、APN、OX-LDL和TBIL水平,以及不同冠状动脉病变支数和不同狭窄程度患者以上各指标水平,并分析APN、OX-LDL和TBIL水平与冠心病患者血脂指标的相关性。结果 冠心病组患者TC、TG、LDL-C、OX-LDL水平高于对照组,HDL-C、APN、TBIL水平低于对照组(P<0.05);双支及以上病变患者APN和TBIL水平低于单支病变患者,OX-LDL水平高于单支病变患者(P<0.05);91%~100%患者APN和TBIL水平均低于≤50%患者、51%~75%患者,OX-LDL水平高于≤50%患者、51%~75%患者(P<0.05),且APN和TBIL水平随患者狭窄程度严重逐渐降低,OX-LDL水平逐渐升高;冠心病患者的APN、TBIL水平与TC、TG、LDL-C水平负相关,与HDL-C正相关,OX-LDL水平与TC、TG、LDL-C水平正相关,与HDL-C负相关(P<0.05)。结论 冠心病患者OX-LDL水平较高,APN、TBIL水平较低,且与血脂水平密切相关。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the levels of adiponectin (APN), oxidized low density lipoprotein (OX-LDL) and total bilirubin (TBIL) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and analyze their clinical significance.Methods Sixty patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the coronary heart disease group, and 60 healthy adults who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The blood lipid indexes [serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)], APN, OX-LDL and TBIL levels, as well as the levels of the above indexes in patients with different coronary artery lesions and different stenosis degrees were compared between the two groups. The correlation between APN, OX-LDL and TBIL levels and blood lipid indexes in patients with coronary heart disease was analyzed.Results The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and OX-LDL in the coronary heart disease group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of HDL-C, APN and TBIL were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of APN and TBIL in patients with double-vessel and above lesions were lower than those in patients with single-vessel lesions, and the level of OX-LDL was higher than those in patients with single-vessel lesions (P<0.05). The levels of APN and TBIL levels of 91%-100% patients were lower than those of ≤50% patients and 51%-75% patients, and the level of OX-LDL was higher than that of ≤50% patients and 51%-75% patients (P<0.05), while the levels of APN and TBIL gradually decreased with the severity of stenosis, and the OX-LDL level gradually increased. The levels of APN and TBIL in patients with coronary heart disease were negatively correlated with TC, TG and LDL-C, and positively correlated with HDL-C; the level of OX-LDL was positively correlated with TC, TG and LDL-C, and negatively correlated with HDL-C (P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of OX-LDL, APN and Tbil are higher in patients with coronary heart disease, which is closely related to the level of blood lipid.
