摘要:
目的 研究协作式无缝隙全期护理模式辅助内镜下黏膜切除术治疗胃息肉的应用效果。方法 选取2019年1月-2020年1月我院行内镜下黏膜切除术治疗胃息肉的70例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各35例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用协作式无缝隙全期护理模式，比较两组住院时间、焦虑和抑郁评分、疼痛评分、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果 观察组住院时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预后，观察组焦虑、抑郁评分及疼痛评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为11.43%，低于对照组的25.71%（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度为94.29%，高于对照组的80.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 协作式无缝隙全期护理模式辅助内镜下黏膜切除术治疗胃息肉患者的效果确切，可缩短住院时间，改善焦虑和抑郁情绪，减少疼痛度，降低并发症发生几率，且患者满意度较高。
Abstract:
Objective To study the application effect of collaborative seamless whole-period nursing mode assisted endoscopic mucosal resection in the treatment of gastric polyps.Methods A total of 70 patients who underwent endoscopic mucosal resection for gastric polyps in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given collaborative seamless whole-period nursing mode. The hospitalization time, anxiety and depression scores, pain scores, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of anxiety, depression and pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 11.43%, which was lower than 25.71% in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.29%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Collaborative seamless whole-period nursing mode assisted endoscopic mucosal resection is effective in the treatment of patients with gastric polyps, which can shorten the length of hospital stay, improve anxiety and depression, reduce the level of pain and the incidence of complications, and the patient satisfaction is high.
