摘要:
目的 研究血HCG、孕酮及雌二醇在早期异位妊娠中的变化及其联合彩超检查对早期异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法 抽取2020年12月-2022年3月于我院检查并诊断出异位妊娠的56例妇女作为异位妊娠组,并将同期于我院检查并确定正常宫内妊娠的72名妇女作为正常妊娠组,两组均在早上8~10点行血液检测以及彩超检查,比较两组血HCG、孕酮及雌二醇水平以及内膜厚度,对血HCG、孕酮、雌二醇以及内膜厚度单独检测以及联合检测诊断异位妊娠的价值进行分析。结果 异位妊娠组血HCG、孕酮、雌二醇以及彩超内膜厚度均低于正常妊娠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血HCG、孕酮、雌二醇以及超声检查联合检测的灵敏度(94.60%)、特异度(84.70%)以及最大Youden指数(79.40%)高于单项检测。结论 相比于单项检测,血HCG、孕酮及雌二醇以及超声检查在异位妊娠的诊断中具有较高的价值。
Abstract:
Objective To study the changes of serum HCG, progesterone and estradiol in early-stage ectopic pregnancy and the diagnostic value of combined color Doppler ultrasound in early-stage ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 56 women who were examined and diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from December 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the ectopic pregnancy group, and 72 women who were examined and diagnosed with normal intrauterine pregnancy in our hospital during the same period were selected as the normal pregnancy group. Blood tests and color Doppler ultrasonography were performed at 8 to 10 o ’clock in the morning. The levels of blood HCG, progesterone, estradiol and endometrial thickness were compared between the two groups. The value of separate detection and combined detection of blood HCG, progesterone, estradiol and endometrial thickness in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy was analyzed.Results The levels of HCG, progesterone, estradiol and endometrial thickness in ectopic pregnancy group were lower than those in normal pregnancy group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The sensitivity (94.60%), specificity (84.70%) and maximum Youden index (79.40%) of combined detection of serum HCG, progesterone, estradiol and ultrasonography were higher than those of single detection.Conclusion Compared with single detection, blood HCG, progesterone, estradiol and ultrasonography have higher value in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
