目的 以2011-2021年海南医学院发表的ESI学科论文为研究对象，深入分析学校科研竞争力的现状和发展趋势，以期在双一流建设背景下为类似的省属医学院校优化学科建设决策提供数据依据，推动我国一流医科大学的建设步伐。方法 利用SCI和InCites数据库，对2011-2021年海南医学院的ESI学科论文进行分析，以发文量、被引次数、高被引论文数、学科规范化的引文影响力（CNCI）等为评价指标，分析学校科研生产力、影响力及合作能力，并对其他国内相似的7所省属医学院校的科研表现进行多角度对标分析。结果 海南医学院2011-2021年ESI学科年度发文量呈增长态势，共发表ESI学科论文2639篇；论文被引次数2013年达最高值，2020年被引频次排名前5位的论文均与重大公共卫生事件相关；2015-2020年，CNCI呈阶梯式增长趋势；2011-2021年58.92% 论文获得基金机构资助，其中国家自然科学基金资助的论文最多。结论 “双一流”建设的背景下，各高校应更加注重对自身优势学科的挖掘和扶持，通过学科领域人才引进、青年教师持续化培养、加大科研投入力度、深入科研合作和国际交流等多途径，提升ESI潜力学科排名和影响力。
Abstract:
Objective To in-depth analyze the current situation and development trend of scientific research competitiveness of Hainan Medical University by taking ESI subject papers published by Hainan Medical University from 2011 to 2021 as the research object, in order to provide data basis for similar provincial medical universities to optimize discipline construction decision-making under the background of double first-class construction, and promote the construction of first-class medical universities in China.Methods The SCI and InCites databases were used to analyze the ESI subject papers of Hainan Medical College from 2011 to 2021. The number of published papers, the number of citations, the number of highly cited papers, and the category normalized citation impact (CNCI) were used as evaluation indicators to analyze the scientific research productivity, influence and cooperation ability of the school, and the scientific research performance of other similar seven provincial medical colleges in China was analyzed from multiple perspectives.Results From 2011 to 2021, the annual number of ESI subject papers published by Hainan Medical University showed an increasing trend, with a total of 2639 ESI subject papers published. The number of cited papers reached the highest value in 2013, and the top 5 cited papers in 2020 were all related to major public health events. From 2015 to 2020, CNCI showed a stepwise growth trend. From 2011 to 2021, 58.92% of the papers were funded by fund institutions, of which the National Natural Science Foundation of China funded the most papers.Conclusion Under the background of "double first-class" construction, colleges and universities should pay more attention to the excavation and support of their own advantageous disciplines, and enhance the ranking and influence of ESI potential disciplines through the introduction of talents in the discipline field, the continuous training of young teachers, the increase of scientific research investment, in-depth scientific research cooperation and international exchanges.
